- 01Authorized channels onlyWe source from brand owners and their authorized distributors, and we confirm a distributor's authorization before our first order. No liquidators, closeouts, retail arbitrage or unverified wholesalers.
- 02Every unit is traceableSupplier invoices are kept for every product we sell and are available to you on request.
- 03Inspected on arrivalEach shipment is checked against its invoice for quantity, condition and case pack. Damaged goods never reach a customer.
- 04Fresh, dated stockLot and expiration dates are recorded at receiving, and stock is rotated first-in, first-out. Short-dated products are pulled, never shipped.
- 05Stored to your standardWe follow your packaging, storage and temperature requirements, and take part in recalls immediately with full lot traceability.
